Difficult roads lead sometimes to unbelievable opportunities….
There are 100 stories for my few 18 days of work…
Since stepping off the plane in Addis Ababa I have driven miles of backside roads visiting hospitals and clinics with no end in sight. I have not stopped driving this project forward, talking to people, or being an observer of life on Addis roads….
The pollution from the car I travel in is horrendous because of exhaust pipes from other cars.
There are days I dream of the wonderful weather of Northern Samar free from smog and urban pollution…
But, I love what I do…
And, this trip has been one of the very best experiences on some of the most polluted roads of my life….
And, this is the benefit of many days on the road…
I am invited to attend….
